Neiro Fit Privacy Policy

Neiro Fit is a workout tracking and coaching application. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app processes, how it is used, where it is stored, and what choices you have.

1. Information We Process

Depending on the features you use, Neiro Fit may process the following categories of information:

• Workout data: workout names, exercises, sets, reps, weight, volume, duration, notes, personal records, templates, history, and training preferences.
• Body and progress data: body measurements, body weight entries, progress photos, selected dates, and statistics derived from your workout history.
• Profile data: optional nickname, avatar, training goals, experience level, injuries, equipment, and other fitness profile inputs used for AI features.
• Health data: if you connect Apple Health, the app may read or write authorized fitness and health-related data such as body weight, heart-rate related workout metrics, workout summaries, or similar fitness data that you explicitly allow through Apple Health permissions.
• AI Coach requests: prompts you send to AI Coach, assessment answers, and relevant workout context required to generate AI responses or plans.
• Purchase status: subscription entitlement and transaction status provided by Apple through StoreKit.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to:

• operate the workout tracker and exercise logging experience;
• generate training statistics, history views, records, and progress insights;
• save and restore your templates, photos, measurements, and workout sessions;
• sync your data across your Apple devices if iCloud sync is enabled;
• read from or write to Apple Health only for the features you authorize;
• generate AI coaching answers, plans, assessments, and daily workout suggestions;
• verify Premium subscription access and show subscription-related functionality.

3. Local Storage and iCloud

Neiro Fit is designed to store most personal data locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, supported data may also be stored in your private iCloud / CloudKit container so it can sync across your own Apple devices. This iCloud data is associated with your Apple account and is not publicly visible to other users.

4. Progress Photos

Progress photos are stored privately on your device and may be included in normal Apple device backup behavior, including iCloud backup or app container sync where supported. Progress photos are not uploaded to a public server by Neiro Fit. They remain private unless you explicitly export or share them yourself.

5. Apple Health

If you grant permission through Apple Health, Neiro Fit may read and write selected health and fitness data solely to support app features such as body statistics, workout summaries, heart-rate analysis, or related training insights. Health data is only accessed after you authorize it. You can revoke access at any time in the Apple Health app or in your device settings.

6. AI Coach and OpenAI

When you use AI Coach, your prompt, assessment answers, and limited training context may be transmitted to the Neiro Fit proxy service and then securely forwarded to OpenAI to generate a response. We use this information only to provide the AI feature you requested. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your private workout data for advertising.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Neiro Fit receives subscription entitlement and transaction status information necessary to unlock Premium features, but does not receive your full payment card details or full payment credentials.

8. Sharing with Third Parties

Neiro Fit may share data only with service providers required to operate the features you use:

• Apple for iCloud / CloudKit sync, Apple Health integration, backups, and StoreKit purchases;
• OpenAI for AI Coach responses and AI-generated workout plans;
• Your own exports or shares when you explicitly choose to share content such as workout cards or photos.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs to profile you for advertising inside the app.

9. Data Retention

Your workout logs, body stats, templates, and progress photos are retained until you delete them, reset the app’s data, remove the app, or disable related iCloud storage. AI request content may be processed transiently to return a response. Purchase records are retained by Apple under Apple’s own policies.

10. Your Choices and Deletion

You can manage your data directly inside the app by editing or deleting workouts, templates, progress photos, and body stats. You can also:

• disable iCloud sync in the app or on your device;
• revoke Apple Health permissions in Apple Health settings;
• cancel subscriptions in your Apple account subscription settings;
• remove the app and its local data from your device.

11. Children

Neiro Fit is not intended for children under the age required by local law to use such services without parental permission. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact the support contact listed on the App Store product page.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect feature changes, legal requirements, or operational changes. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
